( this is before the RACE )
Jan-23-2010 Brook and I ran a Half Marathon in St.George. It was such a fun thing to do in my life. I am really happy that I finished and did not die. I want to THANK my really good friend Brook she was there every step of the way to help me along. I finished in 2 hours and 36min. We are looking forward to do anther one in July in Bryce Canyon. Brooks Sister also ran with us Brandy sad I don't have a picture with her.
( After the RACE. we don't look to beat up)
Dave RODE with me the last 2 mile. He is such a great support to me. Encouraging me the Whole way. Thanks Dave for all your LOVE and KISSES;0)
Kai Kai was at the finish line with my Dad and my Uncle Val. It was so Sweet to come across and see his SWEET smiling face. I want to THANK my DAD for following me through out the RACE taking pictures( what he does best) and ENCOURAGING me the whole way. Thanks MOM for watching my Babies for me and having them out side cheering me on when we ran past. Thanks Judy and John for Supporting in everything I do, it was great to see you Guys at Finish line.

Wow... I think you are awesome. Running is HARD. One day I would like to run a 1/2 marathon. Or maybe even just a few miles, haha. You look great by the way!!!!!!!
Way to go!! What an accomplishment! My lil' sister, Felicia, was also in that race--how funny!
congrats. thats so amazing. i wish i had that kind of drive. 3 miles is plenty for me!
